Broadgate Farm Cottages are just 2 miles from the delightful market town of Beverley, on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds. Their location is ideally suited for exploring East Yorkshire.

There are many places to explore in the local area. You can visit the gothic cathedral of Beverley Minster, the baroque mansion of Castle Howard, stately Sledmere house, the Elizabethan Splendour of Burton Agnes and Burton Constable.

The Spurn Point Nature reserve is a beautiful place for bird watching, sea fishing, walking or exploring the shoreline with the family. The towering chalk cliffs of Bempton are home to 200, 000 seabirds including Puffins and Gannets.

There are 5 cottages at Broadgate Farm. The cottages vary in size, from 2 to 6 bedrooms. Most of the twin rooms can be furnished as additional extra king rooms on request.

Several cottages have ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms. All are equipped with broadband internet, Freesat TV and a Hi-fi with iPod dock. All the Cottages are rated either 4 or 5 star and have the prestigious Gold Award so you can be assured of quality and comfort. Accommodation

All the cottages feature oak floors, beams, sumptuous fabrics and colourful rugs in the sitting rooms. All cottages have been converted from period farm buildings and have private gardens and parking outside the cottage.

The kitchens and bathrooms are tiled with natural stone and every kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to include dishwashers and washing machines.

In each cottage, the twin rooms can all be arranged as additional kingsize doubles with the exception of the small twin in the Barn house.

The Forge has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom whilst on the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting room with wood burner and windows over the garden and fields. The kitchen diner opens onto the patio and garden.

The Stables is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a semi open plan living area with wood burner. There is a ground floor bedroom with wet room adjacent and a further bedroom upstairs with a luxurious bathroom upstairs.

The Granary is a 3 bedroom cottage with one en-suite and a family bathroom, downstairs there is a very spacious sitting room with dining area and comfortable seating around the wood burner and finally a separate kitchen.

The Barn house features 4 bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor with a wet room. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms one ensuite and a family bathroom. The living area has comfortable seating, a dining area and kitchen with a range cooker.

Foldyard has two bedrooms and a wet room, all on one floor this cottage has a separate kitchen diner and sitting room with wood burner which looks out onto the large garden. Foldyard links to the Barn house to create a 6 bedroom cottage.

What's included

Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and logs for the woodburner. There is an extra charge for pets.
