When it comes to dining you will be spoilt for choice with so many local pubs dotted around the surrounding villages, and if you fancy eating at the seafront you have Watchet Harbour, Minehead and Porlock all very close by.

A very unique way of exploring the Somerset countryside is to hop on-board the Somerset Steam Train. This starts from Bishops Lydeard and goes all the way along to Minehead, and its worth jumping off at Dunster, a medieval village, to visit the castle and mill.
