Situated one of the prettiest unspoiled villages in the beautiful rural county of Wiltshire, the cottage is perfect for touring this part of South West England - being close to the cities of Bath and Salisbury and conveniently located for Stonehenge and Longleat Safari Park. The area has a multitude of stately homes, glorious gardens, caves and stone circles and there are opportunities for horse riding, balloon flights, walking and cycling and golf.

Yew Tree Cottage is a charming 18th Century Grade II listed cottage, beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and well equipped for children. Situated in the picturesque village of Erlestoke, just 10 minutes from Devizes, this is a lovely base from which to sample a taste of Old England. The village boasts an Elizabethan pub where real ale, good food, quiz nights, and skittles are on offer, and the surrounding villages have many pubs serving fabulous gastro fare. This pretty cottage is perfect for walking, with bluebell woods just across the road, on and off road cycling, and golf - there is a championship length course in village. It makes an excellent base for visiting nearby Bath, Salisbury, StoneHenge, Longleat, Lacock, Bradford upon Avon and more.
