Ground Floor:
Living room/dining area: With wood burner, 40" Freeview TV and DVD player.
Kitchen: With electric oven, 2-ring electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and tiled floor.

First Floor:
Bedroom: With kingsize bed and beams.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.

Oil central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Use of owner’s washing machine and freezer by arrangement.

Front sitting-out area with garden furniture. Use of front lawned garden by arrangement. Fishing on-site (by arrangement with the owner at cost, licence required). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring and is situated on a working farm.

This charming, semi-detached, spacious property is ideal for couples. Converted from a former coach house, it is attached to the owner’s original farmhouse which dates back to 1820. Overlooking open countryside towards the stunning Northumberland National Park, Plover Cottage offers well presented and attractive accommodation in a tranquil setting. This delightful cottage enjoys a rural aspect situated on a working farm near the friendly hamlet of Sharperton, which is nestled within the wild and beautiful Coquet Valley.

The picture windows in the living room enhance the views in this bright, spacious room and the cosy wood burner is perfect after a day exploring the surrounding countryside.
A charming sitting area to the front is a real sun trap, or move your seats on to the large lawned area to the front should you wish. Fly fishing for brown trout, sea trout and salmon along a private stretch of the River Coquet can be arranged directly with the owner for two rods.

Ramblers and cyclists will enjoy discovering the many bridle ways and footpaths which surround the property. Beach 23 miles. Shop 6 miles, pub and restaurant 4 miles.
