Local attractions include Bexhill Museum, Manor Barn Gardens, Battle Abbey, Firle Place, Lewes Castle, Michelham Priory, Beachey Head, Drusillas Zoo Park (a popular family attraction), and Charleston Farm House (the country retreat of the Bloomsbury Group). The area also offers opportunities for cycling, boating, fishing, golf, swimming, sailing, and riding.
