Living area: With wood burner, Smart TV, Playstation 4 and doors leading to decked terrace.

Kitchen area: With breakfast area, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer and doors leading to decked terrace.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Public car park, free of charge. No smoking. Please note: Fenced water hazard on grounds directly beyond the terrace. Spiral stairs links ground floor to the 1st floor terrace.
