Beach Terrace offers lots of opportunity to enjoy the best that the Suffolk coast has to offer. Located close to Kessingland Beach, a perfect place for kite flying, long walks, photography, bird watching, fishing, nature trails,and much more. This peaceful, and unspoilt beach is a mix of shingle, sand,dune and marsh.

There are more beaches to explore to the south at Southwold. A charming seaside town on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, with a quintessentially English feel. As well as the beach, there is a working lighthouse, an award-winning pier, beach huts and a busy harbour to enjoy. RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich and Aldeburgh are all within easy reach.

Three miles to the north of Beach Terrace is Lowestoft, the most easterly town in the UK. The town has a fabulous, award winning, sandy beach that is great for children. Lowestoft also has a good selection of shops, restaurants and family attractions.

A little further north-east, Oulton Broad is the southern gateway to the Norfolk Broads. This unique environment of navigable lakes and rivers is the UKs largest nationally protected wetland. There are lots of opportunities to explore the area by boat.

Venturing inland, there are many charming villages and historic markets towns to visit including Orford, Framlingham and Snape. Norwich is also within easy reach, where you can explore Norwich Castle and Art Gallery, Royal Norfolk Regimental Museum, City of Norwich Aviation Museum and many other attractions.

Whatever you enjoy, Beach terrace will provide the perfect base from which to explore Norfolk and Suffolk.

This Victorian seaside family home is filled with lots of period charm. It provides very comfortable accommodation for up to seven people.

The ground floor offers a living room (with open coal fire place). A separate dining room opens onto the kitchen. The large ground floor bathroom has a roll-top bath with overhead shower.

The back garden provides space for outdoor dining.

On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms and one single. A standard cot is available for use. The third double bedroom is located in the attic.

What's included:
Bedding is provided for you. Heating and electricity is included in the price. Flexible stays and Weekend breaks are available.

Travelling north on the A12, turn off at the first roundabout signposted Kessingland. Follow this road (White's Lane) and continue to the beach (it becomes Church Road).
